All emails received are processed. However, TaskTask is supported only by the single developer of the app and I cannot guarantee a reply to every message.
To better support a specific problem with TaskTask, please use the "Email Logs" feature under Options to submit the log files from the device along with a message about the problem you are having. Log files submitted without a description of the problem are unlikely to receive a response.
