Resetting Local Cache

Sometimes errors occur that require the local cache to be deleted and downloaded again from the server.

Warning: When deleting the local cache, any changes that have bee made in TaskTask but not uploaded to the server will be lost forever. Make sure you have noted any important information that does not appear in Outlook down before you do this.

  1. Launch TaskTask, and tap the Action button (ActionButton) to open Options.
  2. Scroll down on tap on Account Info and tap to open account information.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account settings and tap the Delete Cache button.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the cache.

This will reset the local state on your device, including all tasks, categories, notes, etc, and download a fresh copy from your server.
